Apple Store, St. Johns Town Center, disappointed me, as they did not have the battery in stock for my 13 Pro. I made the appointment on Tuesday 01/14/2025 at 1235 hours to have my battery replaced on Thursday 01/16/2025 at 1445 hours. I counted on this store to have the battery in stock. I traveled 15 miles to face their lack of customer service. Knowing my appointment was over 48 hours later, they should have already had that in stock. What kind of business are you guys running - a Mickey Mouse operation, to put it mildly, I say. It would have been appropriate for them to notify me in real-time of the battery inventory status at the time I made the appointment. But no, they led me to false hope. Their minuscule minds don’t seem to realize that cell batteries are small footprint storage - it doesn’t take much space to store them. Your inventory and policy and procedures are totally unacceptable. I am not happy in the way you handled the outcome of my appointment - total disrespect to a long-time iPhone user, starting out with 3GS back in the days. This store deserves one fat goose egg zero star!

I had a scheduled Genius Bar appointment and arrived 5 minutes early, expecting a smooth experience. Unfortunately, I was left sitting for 25 minutes without any acknowledgment or assistance from the staff. The lack of interest and engagement from the employees was disappointing, especially considering the reputation Apple claims to uphold. This store clearly requires better organization and customer management. If appointments are going to be ignored, it raises serious questions about their commitment to their customers’ time and satisfaction.

Thank you Cole for your help with my battery issue on Valentine’s Day evening of all times. Took all the stress away and had my phone repaired in an hour and a half. Thanks again for all your help- everything’s working great now.

Worst apple store I’ve ever been to. I turned in $300 headphones for repair 3 months ago and never got them back. They told me there was nothing they can do to help me figure out where they are or what the status is. They told me to contact the 1800 number but the 1800 number told me to contact the store I dropped them off at. They also will not repair anything unless you pay almost the full price of the product for repair. Even if the product was faulty when you purchased it. I highly recommend you do not take your products here.
