Brian did a great job helping to figure out what the issue was with my laptop. Even though I had a recovery drive in my possession, I could not get the laptop to accept it. Brian backed up all my data and reinstalled Windows 10 Pro. Since the laptop is 10 years old, I opted for a newer solid state drive to replace the original. The laptop works as good or better than it did when brand new. Great price and got it back the same day. It helped too that he's literally 5 minutes from my home. Highly recommend.
