Unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience here, I came in to fix my iPhone screen they recommend the closest to the “best” for $280 and I went for it. After my phone was done, the reaction time was very slow and the double tap feature didn’t work. Their advice was “turn off the always on display” which was something I didn’t want to do. The only other option to the issue was to upgrade to the more expensive screen that was $450 but for me that was not an option so I asked to have my broken screen back on my phone. Upon receiving back my phone, they had taped the screen together because “they weren’t going to waste their time if I was going to take it elsewhere”. They also “fixed” the back of my phone which now has some sort of air pockets or bubbles. My boyfriend left a review and they tried to make it seem like they did such a kind job of giving me a “discount for the misunderstanding” yet they only gave it to me because I was going to do the front and the back. I think they should be more honest and upfront with their customers on the value of their work and do their jobs properly instead of trying to find loopholes to excuse their subpar work. To make this long story short I definitely do not recommend, there are way better places out there. Edit: my phone has not been dropped nor hit with anything. The first picture shows how I left your shop. The second shows my phone 3 days later..

Huge shoutout to MaxFix Laptop for saving my water-soaked Macbook Pro without breaking the bank! Their reasonable pricing and expert service were a lifesaver, especially when other places were asking for a small fortune. Grateful for their professionalism and understanding of my financial situation.

Horrible place, horrible experience, horrible people. My girlfriend went to change the screen on her iPhone, she got the best screen option that they offer, after she got it back, her screen was barely responsive and tap to wake didn’t work. She explained this to them and asked for the old screen to be put back and they put back the old screen hanging loose, they said that they weren’t going to “waste their time” putting it back together just because she was gonna go to another shop to get it fixed, they then put a piece of tape of the screen to “fix it” this was a $280 job just for the screen. As she was explaining they wouldn’t let her talk, they’re incapable, incompetent, and unprofessional. Go elsewhere Edit: Unfortunately I don’t have the option to reply, but in regards to why you said, I understand the $450 is an “oem” option, but if I’m paying nearly $300 for a screen, it should at least work properly, and if not, the least you could do is explain to the customer what they should expect in detail. And your response doesn’t even address the horrible attitude and experience that she went through nor does it address your “solution” to the problem, taping a phone back together.
