I have taken my computers to Metria many times for repairs and upgrades and have purchased some of her used equipment. I have never been disappointed. I work at home so my computer is almost as important to me as air. It started freezing up, slowing down to a crawl and some of my peripherals started fritzing on me as well. Metria cleaned up my pc making it really fast, replaced a bad memory stick and added another, found an article about this pc model and how there are some known issues . If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I first met Metria last year, when a "mobile computer repair" guy came to my house to fix my laptop and immediately fried it. I took an old laptop body and the newer insides of the fried computer and she was able to bring it back to life. This year, when I finally had to buy a new one, she set it up for me. Metria is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. She is professional and pricing for repairs and assistance is beyond reasonable.
