Per usual, an excellent experience. As my parent's unpaid & underappreciated tech support, to don't always have the answer. But when I don't I come to Ubreakifix and without fail, Freya was amazing and able to troubleshoot my problem in seconds. Great place to go when you don't know what's going on. Less than 5 minutes, problem solved and out the door!

Great organization that helped us out tremendously with a Nintendo Switch screen protector that kept shattering in our hands as we tried to remove it. They graciously helped us remove it and kept us from getting more glass in our hands.
