I work in real estate and cannot handle much computer downtime. It's awesome to know that I can call Smartekz and get help almost immediately on most problems. Today, Steven helped me with a printer scanning issue that has had me bogged down for over a week and then went on to clean up, speed up my PC. So happy to get back to work and in a very short time. I appreciate his time and effort and that of the whole crew...since I've been with them since Smartekz started up many years ago. Kudos to a great company!

My tech, Susannah, was able to diagnose the problem with my computer that I’d been struggling with for several days. I’m not really a techie, but I have built a few editing systems, and I was impressed with how quickly she pinpointed the issue. Not only that, she did some outside of the box thinking to help me acquire a replacement part that is currently difficult to come by (frankly, I’d already given up on finding it After several hours of searching). She had me back in business in less than a day, and has made it possible for me to meet an important work deadline. Also, I found their pricing to be fair.
