I bought a big screen for my car. They gave me an appointment to install it a month out when I came that he had the right parts and require more labor and they try to give me an appointment for two more months out. Don’t buy a stereo system for your car.

DO NOT BUY MONTHLY PLANS - After selling the item i had covered monthly, i called Best Buy (with the new owner of the phone) to cancel my payments. They then proceeded to charge me for months after. Once I brought it to their attention, they straight up refused to refund/credit the amount that was illegally taken. Not only this, but in the time i was waiting for a response (after notifying them of their mistake originally) they even charged me again. Nothing more true than the "thats how they get you" statement ringing true here !

Just called to ask a question about price for reseting my laptop ,and was told they couldn't answer anything without giving them my email etc. Absolutely ridiculous

Bought new laptop and it had malware installed on it. The hacker stole $5000 from my account. This is an act of Negligence and Privacy Data Breach by Beat Buy. Calling customer support and getting no help. Buy straight from the manufacturer.
