As a disclaimer I worked with the owner of the business to fix any mistakes that happened while my computer was damaged in their care. The business owner, Fernando, has a fairly decent knowledge on computers, they couldn't fix my issue and that's alright. I was treated with fairness and my issues with my service were resolved quickly. I originally brought in my computer because I needed to fix a bad bios update. I have 9 years of computer tech experience but I didn't have the right hardware to fix the motherboard at this time. When I picked up my computer, the assistant pulled out the power cord from the computer while it was still running and minor damage was caused to my motherboard while in their care. The owner apologized for this and is retraining his staff. I was issued a refund for my troubles.
