First time service was a couple of weeks & the battery was bad I just paid for. I called in and advised the battery they installed was bad. The male argued with me I evidently was lying to him I had him pull up my phone number he then humbled himself because I was right. This time I bring back In to replace the defective battery it’s been over a month they don’t call & update, they don’t answer the phone, answering machine is full so I have to drive all the way back to ft Myers to check on my computer poor service, poor customer service I work from home took vacation while they ordered my part I’ve been out of work a month or more now I’m a home based travel agent. I need my computer. I will never bring it back there & would advise people to stay clear of this company. The people in the lobby said the company had their computer 3 months. I just needed a battery that wasn’t trashed put into my computer

This place is amazing I was looking to get my first gaming pc built and Ethan walked me thur the whole process answered all my questions. Built came out amazing. They definitely have a customer for life.

I personally had an awful experience. I brought my pc in for a hardware and software diagnosis. it cost me $190, and after about a week they emailed asking for my phone number because the older gentleman at the front did not write it down correctly. They informed me that the diagnostics came back clean, and they found nothing wrong, so the the pc was given back. Once I got home, the crashing issue continued immediately. I brought it back, and had it re-tested under warranty. This time it took 2 weeks, they called saying "corrupt files and a faulty windows was installed, you'll need a new ssd." I was skeptical because why not just delete all partitions on the existing ssd and preform clean install of windows? But at this point I just wanted my pc back so I agreed and paid $70 for a new ssd. Brought it home for the 2nd time now, and the problem continued right away again. This shop basically stole $260 and 3 weeks of my time. They also lost my DP and power supply cord. (They did provide me with new ones.) But thats not the point. Terrible communication skills, cannot keep track of customers personal items, and did not fix my computer. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Phenomenal service with quick and pleasant resolutions, prices were awesome and overall I wish I could give this place more stars the staff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly & helpful, I went for a battery replacement on my razer laptop ended up upgrading my ram & ssd instantly no wait time for great competitive prices and fixing my battery… overall there is no one like these guys 10/10

This is truly the best experience you will ever have (when your computer is not working). Out of this world customer service. Hope you all never have any computer problems, but if you ever do, THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. Wish I could give it a GALAXY worth of stars, instead of just 5.
