Phoenix Computer Repair

I dropped my computer off at 10:40am, Saturday Feb1. I was told I would get a call by 12 with a diagnosis. At 2:45pm I called to follow up and was told they had not even looked at the computer yet, they were busy with other computers that must have come in later that day, but she was going to start on mine in a few minutes. At 3:45 I called back to check on the status and was told they didn’t have time to look at it today so I went and picked it back up because it is a work computer and needs repair. I would have appreciated some honesty and told they didn’t have time today to look at it instead of being blown off all day. Not the best communication or customer service.

Huge thanks to the owner here! I was in a bind with a broken macbook charger and they gave me the only one they had that would fit it. They helped me keep my business running in an emergency and my laptop on so I could submit some things for a client. Highly reccomend them! it's hard to find honest and knowledgable computer stores now.
