Scheduled an appt today 8/25/24 for noon. Got there early at 11:45 and got taken almost right away! Great service, very friendly, very lively atmosphere. With all the elegance apple strives to provide. Had dropped my iPhone 14 Pro on the concrete pavers in my town yesterday and got it repaired here. Come to find out I also got my battery replaced! Very much recommend this place for real. I even got to try the Apple Vision Pro!

My experience in the store with Haley was great. My follow-up phone call from a female that was not. My daughter's iPhone was not working. We got it less than a year ago, so we brought it to this location. I have ZERO experience or knowledge with Apple, so I needed Haley's help to navigate through the repair process. I was upfront with that information, and Haley did GREAT. Dropped off the device on Feb 7th and on Feb 10th i was notified via email that my request is complete. I checked the website, and it says they'll replace the device and that I'll receive a notification when it has shipped. I also received a phone call on Feb 10th with a voicemail from a male that says my daughter's device is ready to be picked up but the VM doesn't indicate if this is the replacement. Surely, the device was not diagnosed, mailed back, received, AND the replacement mailed back to the location the same day. So I waited and waited for the repair status to update with a shipping status, but it never did. Then, I got a phone call today from a female as stated above that spoke to me like I was her child and like I do this every day. She said, "Well, we called you on Monday and told you to pick it up." Ma'am, you didn't tell me anything besides my daughter's phone is ready for pickup. WHICH PHONE? Whoever called me today, stop working with customers.

Riley at the Genius Bar is absolutely amazing! Such a positive and energetic person with a refreshing approach to customer experience! The entire store was so friendly even during a busy and hectic time! I highly recommend a visit to this location!

Don’t go here to get a battery replacement. You’re better off going to uBreakiFix since they’ll actually fix it. After 2 hours, Apple told me they couldn’t replace the battery since I had a third party back glass. Then they tried to sell me a $500 refurbished phone. Bullshit.
