Went in to only get battery replacement I couldn’t find online. They said PC was dead. Shows they aren’t certified bc I found it and replaced battery myself to fix the pc. What a waste of time. P.S. Owner never calls back as he promises .. update: their reply shows they don’t know who they work for and take things seriously, they send there computers to someone else to repair offsite, they referenced me as a woman who takes my PC to other repair shops for a fix for free? Yeah right that doesn’t exist.. I a m/n, not a she, fixed it myself of which your tech simply couldn’t fix. Very unprofessional office with Jean. Don’t get fooled by these guys with your hard earned money

Bought a reconditioned printer scanner from IT Services. Works great, takes up very little space, and the price was a bargain. IT Services set it up and taught me how to use it. They answer their phone immediately. I'm so glad they're in town.

The best of the best for computer repair and Information Technology Services. They are exceptional. I got my computer fixed the same day.

Extremely impressed. Because they moved, I couldn't find the store. The owner Jean went outside to meet me. My issue was a missing screw that prevented me from closing the laptop. Best Buy told me it would cost at least $250 to fix and take 2 weeks. The good folks here fixed it in 2 minutes and wouldn't accept any money. I'm glad I found them!

Just picked up my laptop after paying 240$ for services. What I had done was 256gb of ssd installed, a new battery, and Malwarebytes and Superantispyware were installed and ran. They did admittedly fix my issue of my old battery not holding charge, the additional storage of which I used up before the ssd installation, and the removal of ad tracking cookies that were likely slowing down my system. Ultimately very basic things I could I have done myself for much cheaper, which I am somewhat disappointed about because I was expecting fixes and diagnoses for some other deeper issues like my battery not gaining or losing charge while being plugged in, the error screen that sometimes appears on startup for a hardware component malfunctioning, and why performance will drop to glacial speeds while being plugged in to charge. I did not receive satisfactory diagnoses for these issues and doubt they were explored in depth. I feel compelled to leave a review though not because expectations weren't exceeded, but because most of the activity in the office was trading stocks on a Bloomberg terminal, and at least one of the computers there was acting as a crypto miner using a 900 series NVIDIA GPU. Upon my first visit to pick up my laptop when I was told it was done, only the ssd was installed, and my battery issues were still present. Then it was suggested I pay a deposit before the new battery was even ordered, basically demanding payment for incomplete service. Additionally, it was first suggested I should have 500gb ssd installed, and 256gb was only installed because I inquired about a more affordable option. My computer pin was provided upon my first visit to pick up my device so the tech could run the aformentioned software programs before I arrived again, but it was never relayed to him that what I wrote on my service agreement was my computer pin so he was unable to do that until the next time I arrived and pointed it out to him. I then had to wait for those to be completed while there. This all makes me doubt the professionalism of this organization and if they truly have the customer's best interests in mind, doing only the bare minimum for people's devices in a best case scenario, and trying to squeeze money out of people who won't ask questions with more nefarious pretensions.
