Terrible experience at Staples in Daytona Beach today. The store on international Speedway. I needed some copies made. A very simple job and the woman behind the counter was beyond rude. She was irritated. she even had to talk to me… Then when I went back for help because their copy machine jammed… Not my fault… She was even more irritated. She was on her cell phone and did not want to be interrupted. Not only will I not go to Staples in Daytona for copies anymore (especially in Daytona Beach)… I won’t be shopping there either. That’s unfortunate for Staples because I spent thousands of dollars a year there. The date is January 23, 2025. Approximately 4:05 PM. That should help the manager and corporate office be able to identify the only woman who is working at the coffee center at that time.

Drove 20 minutes to the store to return an Amazon package. Person scanned QR code. I asked for a receipt and she said it will be emailed pretty quickly. Thought that was weird. Amazon still shows I never returned the product. I’m out the money and the product and the store does not pick up the phone so now I’m going to have to spend another hour driving out of my way to try to rectify something that who knows if it will get rectified. Very frustrating I’m very busy and didn’t have time to go in the first place so…

I had a disgusting experience here at this staples on 12/7 . I waited in line for a good 7 minutes behind a couple who couldn’t make up their mind how they wanted to ship their package. There was another person behind the desk , but it would be 7 minutes before I was greeted or he came over to ask me what I needed help with. I was trying to ship a Christmas gift. When he finally asked what I needed, he pointed me to another desk to go to where a large pudgy woman behind the register was completely rude and standoffish. She had a very nasty disposition toward me, for no reason. I was shocked. When finished with her, I still needed assistance behind the shipping desk, so I came back and while i waited for them to create a label for me, another woman walked into staples and was immediately helped by the same man who i had talked to previously. However, No 7 minute wait for her! She walked in, was greeted and taken care of right away. I would not walk into this staples another day of my life if I had to. I got my things shipped but to be treated the way I did was not worth it. I have since forwarded my complaint to this locations’ corporate office. 100% discriminatory, unacceptable and disgusting.

I am here at 1PM I talk to a person named "MATTHEW " He is unfit to stay on customer service role. No patience, rude, Disrespectful In customer service role patience and politeness is very important might be he doesn't have one. I ask him 2 mins of help he refused and mentioned me he need 24 hours and said he stick's to busiest work now unavailable to any work. I shocked and very strange answer never hered anytime. I thought he is joking but by seeing his rudeness I left the place immediately. Mr Matthew if you reading this review I am telling you respect is the most valuable which we cannot opt with rudeness and sarcasm. Be kind if you don't like to help tell simply I am busy with lot of work I can't. The only thing is request to customer makes good vibes Be polite

Learned something important today. Do not go into a Staples when you are out of town. Needed some printing done. Had a fellow that said he was a manager in the print area, basically told me he was too backed up to mess with me. Not sure he even knew what he was doing, considering all the positive experiences I had in my Staples in Springfield Missouri. Drove to Office Depot and got my printing done.
