Horrible service. Had my computer for a week, and forgot to call me. They had no idea how to fix it, made me spend more money on a motherboard and a new cpu and the issue on my computer got worse. Had my cables backwards and wondered why it wouldn’t turn on. There is absolutely no way to contact them unless you drive all the way over there. They hire people who don’t know much about computers. I just took the L on the membership spent over 500 dollars for the issue not to be resolved. Took my computer to you “uBreakiFix” and the issue was resolved in an hour! Absolutely wouldn’t recommend geek squad, they sit down and talk all day instead of working. Just go to “uBreakiFix” and save money and time.

Showed up early for my appointment and was told they operate first come first serve even with an appointment. If I still wanted service it would be 5 hours instead of 1 - 2 I had been quoted. Was told I could reschedule but the same thing can happen if I reschedule. General rule: say walk-ins only if that’s all you do!

It's really a bad service, they don't have a way to repair Apple devices. I wasted more than 3 hours for them to tell me that I had to go to the Apple Store. They are not professionals and they offer a service which they cannot provide, wizard and Isaiah does not have a good attitude to solve the problems. things and if you go you will waste your time

Very poor knowledge of their own business processes. Poor customer awareness and poor customer service. Took 4 times longer than necessary. Manager didn't seem interested in training the employee or assisting with business process issues. I don't really feel comfortable trusting my laptop to Geek Squad.
