Allan saved me today! I was having a heart attack no kidding. He got me sorted through the insurance in less than an hours time. Best location I’ve ever been to. Great experience. 10/10 ask for Allan. ❤️

Make sure when taking your product to any location in general they all work the same under the same rule but I'm reviewing this location due to the bad customer service I paid a lot of money for my phone to find out that any little scratch could avoid the contract for their warranty so please make sure that they tell you or ask them in specific what is their policy as far as warranty. And remember the better Bureau of business you might run into needing it. My case

I took two Google Pixel phones to uBreakiFix for repairs under the extended warranty. They took the phones without any issues, but when I returned to pick them up, I was told that Google had not approved the repairs and they wanted to charge me as if the phones were out of warranty. This is completely unprofessional and misleading. They should have informed me about any issues with the warranty before taking the phones in the first place. I now have to deal with unnecessary charges and a huge inconvenience. I will not be returning and strongly recommend avoiding them

Guys did a great job, were attentive , gave me a great deal and put on a screen protector perfectly. Quick service and turn around time. I recommend going to ubreakifix.

I dropped off my daughter's tablet several days before Christmas said "I wanted to just order the charging port". I said "I just had this charging port replaced at ubreakifix not even 3 months ago." He peeled off the sticker on the back from the previous repair. He said he would have them check it for dirt. I said no to the diagnostics/"check it for dirt". I explained "this tablet is my autistic daughter's device and she needs it, this isn't the first repair, when this happens I just order the part so it would be faster than waiting a week for a diagnostic and then ordering the part". Employee rang me up for the diagnostic anyway, when I questioned the charge, he said it was a deposit. I never had to pay a deposit before. There was a line forming and I didn't want to make a scene, but I knew something was off. I waited a few days after Christmas expecting the tablet to be finished. The part was never ordered he rang me up for diagnostics like I thought. The tablet wasn't even looked at. I spoke to the mgr when he came back from vacation only then did he order the part and fixed the tablet himself days after New years. When I picked up the tablet I got an apology directly from the associate who rang me up, with the excuse that he's new. I paid the difference for the part, & I asked what the warranty is on the repair he said 6 months, so he should have offered the warranty to me to begin with. I shouldn't have been charged for this repair at all. It was under warranty all along.
