They are always terrifically helpful and quick on the turnaround. I’ve been bringing my hardware issues to them for a couple years now and all four or so incidents were resolved swiftly and helpfully, and I was given a clear diagnostic explanation of what occurred. I even once had them put together a new computer build with parts I provided and it was very cleanly done. Highly recommended business!

Recently I had a problem with a laptop purchased through Amazon. Adam worked relentlessly to get me up and going. I am now so happy that I took it to this highly rated business. PS. South Lake Computers has been an amazing computer repair shop to work with. It really is like finding that diamond in the rough mechanic you can trust to work on your car, without any fear of them ripping you off. Adam and his team are extremely knowledgeable, and just great to talk to. Have been to a couple other repair shops in Lake County, and will never go back to them after dealing with Adam at SLC. Had them replace a laptop lid, and they had it done the next day. Only place we'll go to in the future.

Adam and his wonderful team at South Lake Computers really are one of the last great computer stores. They are very knowledgeable about everything computer related. Adam was able to help me with my Windows XP sleeper machine after scouring the internet and multiple stores. He went way above and beyond to satisfy my needs.
