Jeff was amazing and got to work helping me faster than I expected. He even tried to solve my problem without me having to go to him to save me money. When I did end up having to bring my computer to him, he was able to resolve my problem before the end of the day and get me my computer back. I will be going back to him if I have any other issues. My PC was shutting down randomly and repetitively. I called Jeff of Computer Medic Repair, he took care of my PC within hours and I got it back the same day! He showed me what was wrong and what he had updated. I put the PC through a night test, all is good, the OS is stable, no more blue screens! Jeff came by my Mom's house and gave us an idea of what the problem was and a few possible outcomes/option based off his initial inspection. He contacted us promptly later that day with his final inspection, made sure we wanted to proceed with the repair and was able to fix my Mom's computer and drop it off the next day.
