Overall poor customer service. Called to ask whether I could sell a used (good condition, non-apple) laptop to them, to which they replied "sure come on in and we'll take a look at it". Traveled more than 30 miles to this location only for them to say that they cannot take laptops less than "mint condition" and your best bet is to "find a pawn shop". SOLUTION: Instead of wasting people's time, why not ask the customer (over the phone) what condition their product is in an clearly specify the conditions you only take (i.e. - we only take MacBooks that are less than 2 years old in pristine condition). Btw, the store is saturated with MacBooks they are probably struggling to sell so don't bother bringing your MacBook to sell to them. You have an even lesser chance of trading/selling non-apple products. UPDATE #2: STATEMENT #2 FROM THE OWNER/MANAGER IS BUNCH OF FRACOLACAL BULL. At no point did I say that my laptop was NEW or in MINT CONDITION. I simply asked OVER THE PHONE would your establishment consider a USED laptop (ONE KEY missing, no dents and no other scratch marks). To which your rep responded "sure come on in and we'll take a look at it". As I stated in my original post, it wasn't until I showed the laptop IN THE STORE did your rep say "we only take mint condition laptops". Stop beating a dead horse and take the L and learn from your mistakes. At not point did I slander your establishment, you just need to take into consideration a potential customer's time and make it CLEAR TO PEOPLE OVER THE PHONE WHAT YOU REQUIRE...PERIOD. Oh and for the record - I have already sold my gaming laptop to another establishment in the area. UPDATE: Your statement is untrue. Your rep DID NOT say over the phone that you required mint condition laptops - I would have NEVER made the trip to your establishment if that was the case. What I witnessed first hand in your store inventory was a TON of MacBooks and ONE MSI laptop that is overpriced for $1000. You are trying to save face for the sake of good reviews for your store. You are using deceptive practices. Don't bother to respond to this update.

I had an 11 year old Mac and was having trouble with updates. The great personal at Experimac informed of all my options and help me make the best choice for not having a short term fix! Great professionals and team. Saved money and time.

Noel did a good job of preparing my desktop computer. Ray was knowledgeable and good in customer service. I was disappoint their follow up was lacking. They didn't call me to let me know it was running late but overall a good experience.
