Lance Carter is the best form of customer service I've seen in a long time! Not only was he polite, but he was SMART!!! He fixed my phone and gave me great tech advice about it as we'll. He was on time and pleasant to have in my house. I'd give him 10 out of 10 stars!!! Thank GOD for Lance!

Got a claim filed through Verizon and picked the closest uBreakiFix. I made sure to turn off the “Find My” feature on my iPhone 24 hours before going to the store and that it was up to date on the newest version. Daniel quickly helped me, and was very patient when I was having a difficult time getting the information needed to access the situation. He told me it’d be finished around 2 hours, which it was and the pick up was super quick and easy! Mentioning that I went on a Tuesday morning, around 45 minutes after they opened, I imagine the wait is longer later in the day or on the weekend. Thanks again for the help, Daniel!

I brought my laptop in for it's screen and the hinge area that connects the screen and keyboard. The screen was fixed and works good again but the hinge area is still broken, it was never fixed. Also they said that they've tried to contact me about things through call and email but never got the emails or phone calls, the emails just never showed up in anything.

To be honest, I would not recommend this company for a few reasons. First off, they just switched owners so they ship all gaming consoles out. Nothing is done in house. We had a USB port fixed on a PlayStation five and it took a week for the repair. After not hearing from them for 3 days, I called to see where things were at. They told me the repair was on hold and ask if I would authorize the repair expense at $199. I thought that was a little steep as I called around and most places were fixing it from $140-$160. But because they already had the console, I agreed. 2 days later, someone actually called me and asked me again if I would authorize the repair expense. I told them I had already done this two days ago. Fast forward another three days and they called to say the console is ready to be picked up. We go to pick it up and I give them a code welcome10 for $10 off and he does not put it on the receipt, so after taxes, I paid $215. I called back to see if they could just credit my card $10 and they said no, I’d have to come back in. So that is an inconvenience. I’d call around before using this company. Most will be about $40-50 cheaper and will fix it same day. I will not be using this company again.

Lance made our day at this location! He is the man! I thought my screen was broken, and he taught me a cool trick to turn off my phone when the screen doesn’t work. He was super kind and personable. 10/10. Would recommend!
