They charged me 150.00 for a screen protector and without telling me the prices first hand. I will never be back this is bad business and I can tell from the other reviews I should have checked before coming here. I never been price gouge so bad in my life until coming to this business never again.

on 1/13/25 I had a Protection Pro screen saver installed …it had some small bubbles in it and I was told if bubbles didn’t go away to go back and they would take care of it..went back today, 2/12/25 and guy working counter said he wanted $15 to replace it…I told him, you guys installed it wring and want me to pay to reinstall it? Don’t bother with this kiosk, they don’t stand behind their work.

I stopped by today to ask if they had lens protectors, just asking. I just purchased a new iPhone yesterday and a new case this morning elsewhere that came with lens protectors. This man that works there took my phone to see what it was and then took off my brand new protectors and threw them away and then tried to sell me the same exact thing for $20. Then $15. When I said no, he handed me my phone with no camera protectors and walked away. I then had to dig them out a small, clean trash. He had put his fingerprints all on them on the sticky side and ruined them, just so he could sell me literally the same exact thing. *since I can’t reply to the owners response personally. I asked about the lens protector. He asked to see what my phone was. He started taking off my stuff before he even showed me the product he was trying to sell me or telling me the price. He showed and told me AFTER my protectors were in the trash. My new lens was not broken, it was simply the condensation from my coffee it was sitting next to. I literally put my lens protectors on this morning and they are fine besides now the fingerprints. Show the product and the cost before you remove peoples stuff. Nice try though…. *pic of said “broken” lens protectors. Pic just taken **and I wanted something cute like pink or sparkles, not black. So you absolutely did not get my permission. Literally the ones he pulled out was just like the ones I have on now. Which I received literally before I came to mall and he pulled that number.

Talking about price gouging and very poor customer service most importantly when the security gets there they tell the person who sold us something definitely not worth the money to leave so he doesn’t get asked of what happened and that person is Ace. And when we asked for the manager (George) we was told he’s busy we tried contacting the manager (George) multiple times and no answer so that is very unprofessional but not as unprofessional of Ace the leave one stand just to pop up at a different station after being over charged with no receipt.
