Whoever answers the phone is quite helpful (a young lady), the two gentlemen you interface with in the store are extremely well-versed in their tech, and they are very generous. I never get ripped off here, they do very clean, honest business and I have always gotten the best care for my devices at this particular location in Boynton Beach. I was having issues with my cell phone not charging and didn't know where to take it as I'm not from the area. After looking at the Google reviews for uBreakiFix in Boynton Beach, I decided to see what they could do. I was pleasantly greeted by Mauricio when I entered the store and he was able to get my phone charging in a couple of minutes. He then explained what I should do if it happened again. Excellent customer service! I would highly recommend this store!
