Marcio promptly responded to my call. I was traveling and needed to have a connection resolved. Within 24 hours my charger was repaired and I was back in business. In addition, he cleaned up my laptop to give me more space, advised me on several issues. Marcio is very knowledgable, detailed in his explanations of what he is doing and why.
