STAY AWAY. Horrible service. 4 appointments and no one showed up every time!! They tell me a supervisor will call, repairman will call, no one calls. No one at Best Buy cares to bother. Customer Support is the worst I've ever experienced with any company.

I should have read all reviews before signing up for a yearly subscription. Every time I'm at this location I'm waiting over an hour. They have a very poor system in play. I was told to come anytime to pick up an external hard drive that they transferred information onto for me. The first time I didn't wait because they were 5 customers waiting to be assisted. So I set an appointment for later in the day and came back. Still had to wait 2 hours for what I was told to come pick up at any time. This is a very poor system for anyone who has a busy lifestyle.

I had to bring in my work computers to Geek Squad and Xavier was really welcoming with his great customer service, was very attentive to my concerns related to the issues with the computers.

I gave them my computer to update and after a week they gave me back a machine with NO OPERATING SYSTEM.
