I want to say UltraTechX is AMAZING FANTASTIC and the team is super FRIENDLY. As a woman getting her device repaired with alot of sensitve information its hard to believe anyone because many businessess try to take advantage. I trust this team 100%. From the start they were transparent, kind, and empathetic about the status of my device. My iphone 13 was damaged with all my photos that were not backed up to the iCloud and Apple told me it wae beyond repair and that i need to replace it. Imagine my worst nightmare I thought I've lost all my photos and data. But as i was about to leave , one of the employees there told me about this place UltratechX and told me to try them. It was the best decision!!! They fixed my phone recovered my data and at a reasonable price. Their professionalism and re-assurance was everything and more!!! I will reccommend to all looking to have their phones, computers, tablets or anything fixed!!! While i was there waiting for my iphone I witnessed several interactions and how satisfied all their customers were. They treat everyone with the same care and kindness. My husband brought my phone to this place to change my iPhone battery. They did a fine job of that. But I would never return here because of a severe breach of privacy. Apparently when they had my phone for the battery repair, they went into my Google account and left themselves a positive review. I only know because Google emailed me thanking me for my review (see picture). They could have done anything on my account without me knowing and that is very scary. I would not trust this place again.
