I’ve always respected Apple for its innovation, but my recent experience at the Apple Store completely shattered my perception of the company. The level of negligence and indifference from the staff was beyond frustrating. From the moment I walked in, I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The employees were unfriendly, dismissive, and acted as if answering basic questions was a burden. Instead of providing helpful guidance, they seemed more interested in rushing me out the door. There was no effort to actually solve my issue—just a robotic script and an attitude that made it clear they didn’t care. What’s worse is the lack of accountability. Apple prides itself on being a premium brand, yet its customer service is anything but. A company of this scale should invest in properly training employees to treat customers with respect and professionalism. Instead, they seem to bank on their reputation alone while completely disregarding the customer experience. After this visit, I’m seriously reconsidering my loyalty to Apple. When a company loses sight of the people who keep them in business, it’s only a matter of time before their reputation catches up with them. Apple needs to do better—because right now, they are failing their customers.

I have never met worse service, arrogant staff! They absolutely do not care about their customers, I bought a phone for 40 minutes, all because my seller was busy with his own business, brought the wrong phone that I asked for, did everything slowly and was not interested in the customer being happy. Even after the purchase, he did not say a word, did not thank, he just left. Dear marketers and chief salespeople, you need to conduct courses, trainings and explain that the most valuable thing is your customers!!! What I felt today, I do not want anyone to feel.

I almost always go to this store for apple repairs and services. Yesterday I went for a 5pm appointment and I assume the person I walked up to was not happy I went to him. He told me to go towards the back at the screen and wait. 5:15 I’m still waiting. 5:45 I asked what happened about my appointment. They said it was canceled! I never canceled my appointment I was there! They said well I can put u back in queue and you have two people ahead of you. Then they said we don’t replace phones we fix them now and it’ll be two hours!!! If they would’ve saw me at 5pm like they were supposed to, I would’ve been out by 7pm. Instead I had to wait til 8:25 to get my phone back and pay for the service. Granted the three people I dealt with in the genius area were nice people. But I felt like the business didn’t care about my time, only the money. Don’t think I’m coming back to Boca Apple Store

Thank you to Hakim and Andrew for helping with my phone! I bought a new phone at ATT but it was defective. The phone wouldn’t connect to the cellular. I was without service for 4 days. ATT was no help. I came with no appointment but Hakim was very understanding with my situation and was able to fit me in. Andrew was my technician. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you so much !
