We took my Cybertronpc / CLX tower about two or three weeks ago to have a new PSU installed. There is nothing wrong with the computer besides being underpowered because CLX installed a cheap 600W PSU. So I bought a better one, and we took it in to have it installed. I could have done it myself, but I do not have the patience for cable management, even for modular power supplies. About a week later, my son got a call, and he was asked if the video card was working when he brought it in because there was no graphic input after they installed the new PSU. He says it was fine, and they say, OK, we will keep working on it. We have not heard anything for another few days. And I am getting worried because we can't get a straight answer the few times we have called. We were finally told that the head tech had not been in all week and someone would call us. No call... I finally had my husband go to the store in person because I did not want to go there and be "that woman," and I can get pretty heated. And I do not want to be nasty to people just trying to do their jobs even if I am unhappy with their performance. He is told the same thing...no head tech this week. So now I have a missing tower, which was not worth the money I paid for it, and I have no idea if I will be getting it back in working condition or at all. I do not know if they have broken the graphics card or what. It could be anything, but the fact that they will not tell the truth or keep us informed is a problem. It is not easy handing something over to a stranger that you have spent a lot of money on or basically contains your entire life. They should be more cognizant of that. Maybe they are incapable of fixing or are unwilling to eat the cost of something they broke. The point is, I do not know. They won't tell me. I really regret taking my system in. Edit So after writing a bad review...we got a call and were told that the the graphic card simply needed to be re-seated (seems like that is the first thing that I would have checked but OK) and it was ready to go. After getting it home and pulling it in, BSOD every 10 minutes than it crashes. DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING THAT YOU VALUE TO THIS PLACE!

Great cleaning service for my Playstation 5 console by Keishner. The rep Kay welcomed me with a smile and provided great customer service. Definitely recommend this store for all your Gaming Consoles repair and cleaning.

Unbelievable job by Kay, Keishner, and Jacob to get my Galaxy Note 20 repaired so I could get maximum trade in value for my new phone. Unlike the corporate stores that used a computerized answering service (that never actually answered), every time I called this location, I spoke to a real, polite, and informed human being. Despite one mix up with a part, they expedited the repair so I could get it shipped out for trade in right on time. Thanks so much!

I highly recommend this place for fixing your phone. It was super fast, and the people who work here make you feel like family—especially Mrs. Kay. She is wonderful, and her energy is amazing.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with a wonderful customer service representative at the front desk, and I felt compelled to share my experience. The young African-American lady with glasses was extremely professional, kind, and willing to help in every way possible. She greeted me warmly, and when I had questions, she took the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood all the information I needed. Her patience and dedication were truly appreciated, and she went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. However, my experience took a downturn when I had to deal with a technician named Michael. Unfortunately, he was not as helpful or friendly. I was left feeling frustrated as he seemed dismissive and lacked the clear communication that I had received from the front desk representative. His approach felt rushed, and it created a sense of dissatisfaction with the service provided. While my interaction with the front desk staff member was exemplary, my encounter with Michael was disappointing. Hopefully, there can be some improvement in customer service standards on the technical side to match the excellent experience I had with the front desk representative.
