Needed a new chair for my 95 yr old grandfather who sits at his desk throughout the day. Sam recommended a perfect chair and was very professional. He provided excellent customer service and my grandfather loves his new chair!

there were no associates on the floor, no cashiers at the registers. I couldn't use the discount for the 7 empty cannon cartridges I was returning at the time I was making a$61 dollar purchase. I will not be coming back . I was left with the feeling I was bothering the few staff that was there. I DEFFINTLY WON'T BE BACK.

I always wonder how Staples is still in business with the rise of online options (especially when it’s cheaper). That is, until I need something like envelopes or printer ink immediately and Staples never disappoints. In the past 10 years that I’ve shopped here, this location has remained the same. They’re relatively clean, mostly stocked, and the customer service is also a bit slow no matter the time of day. Everyone is always friendly and professional, but they are going to take their time with each customer which isn’t necessarily a bad thing in our microwave society. So, if you’re in a rush going here, be prepared to spend an extra 5 minutes waiting at the register.

This morning, my desktop computer was "invaded" by Scareware, and I was scared, since I am nearly done a book on the computer and feared losing it since the threats of Trojan virus, etc. freaked me out. So I called my IT son and he said, "Take it to Best Buy," where I have bought my other computers. I drove over and the young lady at the Geed Squad counter came over, smiled and said, "oh year" that's Scareware. She quickly got my information and sent my HP to the "fixit squad out back." She also helped me find a great deal on a new printer, since my trust old HP 8620 finally gave up the ghost. So, thanks Besst Buy and I'll be back again, for sure.
