My husband experienced the most rudest male worker at this location during the lunch hour on 1/9/25. He was not help, very sarcastic, aggressive with his speaking and asking questions irrelevant to what he needed. And I do think he acted so ignorant towards him because of what he looked like. Very bad experience, very poor customer service and that guy should not work the window services at All. Customer service training needed.

Most people are complaining about the time they close the office... I went there about 1pm today and the service was awesome. There were six people ahead of Me and I was only there for about 15-20 min max. The lady was patient with Me and answered all my questions. If you are planning on using debit/credit make sure it's yours, even if it's your spouse's they still don't accept it. And yeah one lady is loud but that's just how she talks because even when She was saying something nice She used the same tone.

I usually don't post reviews unless they are positive because i am of the opinion "if you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all" but this was just outrageous to me. If you go in and all the seats are taken don't you even dare try and fill out your forms at one of their front counter spaces unless you wanted to be scolded for it. I guess you are expected to stand there and wait until a seat opens up as if you have nothing else to do that day. I went there to get both of my parent's death certificates and my birth certificate so i can finalize things on their estate and all the seats were taken. I stood and leaned on one of the front counters to fill out my forms. After a few minutes, i was rudely told "you need to move because we have customers waiting so go sit down." There were 3 counters and only two employees waiting so i don't know why they couldn't use the other two stations and regardless she could have been nicer. A simple "The tables have now cleared up if you want to sit down" or "May i ask you to take a seat so i can help customers" would have sufficed. Instead i was met with attitude while i'm doing one of the hardest things of my day... filling out forms to get BOTH my PARENTS DEATH certificates. I am not mad i was asked to move, that is understandable. I am however disappointed in the tone in which i was met with. You are dealing with people's sensitive documents, I don't think its unfair to ask that you approach people with more kindness. I work in customer service and would never approach a customer with a tone like that unprompted. Do better... not for the job, but because you are dealing with actual people with feelings!!! The lady who actually ended up helping me once my forms were filled out was much kinder than the other lady. My documents were printed and given to me quickly.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The audacity to speak so nasty to someone but you don’t even have the nerve to open the blinds to look them in the eyes while you do so. After reading the reviews I see this is a common occurrence. Do better. It costs 0 dollars to be a kind person.
