I had an outstanding experience at the Apple Store thanks to Bob! He assisted me with exchanging my iPad and went above and beyond to make the process seamless. Bob was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire interaction. Not only did he provide excellent customer service, but he also took the time to share valuable information regarding apple’s business support team, which I truly appreciated. His professionalism and positive attitude made my visit an absolute pleasure. Apple, you are incredibly lucky to have Bob representing your company! Went on a week night and was seen within 5 minutes. The gentleman who served us was extremely knowledgeable as well as patient. I am an android guy, but was very impressed with the service my wife received. I hope if I ever need help with my phone that I will be able to find something close to this experience.

I've been shopping here since I was a kid... since the iPod Touch 4th gen came out 👦🏼📱 I ran out of the store in excitement, faceplanted, and smashed my brand new iPod ⛓️💥😭 The Apple Store replaced it for free. Within the half hour. I've been loyal to Apple ever since, and to this day they still treat me like VIP 👑 SHOUTOUT to Diego & Nick who are the reason I walked out the store with a brand new MacBook Pro and will be coming back for years to come. Tip: Play around with the $20,000 iMacs... I mean those isles are completely empty it's like everybody is waiting to test drive a Lexus (iPhones) when there's Ferraris sitting untouched in the corner

Had the worst experience with their “techs”One was flat out ignorant towards me and my wife. And the others were like chickens running around. No clue to what was being said amongst them. Got a iPhone 14pro. The battery took a crap and the phone no longer worked. Apple said since the phone doesn’t power on they can’t help me. I said obviously the phone isnt going to power on. The battery is shot. One tech promised a phone replacement for just $100 after speaking with the manager. Then another tech came over. And said he’s positive we aren’t getting a phone. That he promised that nobody in the store said I was going to get a new phone. Even though it was written down on their notes. Straight ass to me for no reason. I don’t recommend that unprofessional crapfest of a business. i Wasted a whole afternoon there. Apple used to be great. But been going downhill for a few years. But Because of this. My wife and I are switching phone brands. Everyone we tell this story to are sickened. I’m not convincing them to but a bunch of people are looking to get rid of their iPhones because of it. I think I rather have a flip phone then continue with this iPhone. Apple, please train your employees a little better. The bad apples always outweighs the good.. also the Attached photo is the battery apple tech said was my fault. I wish I was exaggerating this.
