I primarily use the Print Services when I come to Staples. One Associate I have some problems with. I provide her with a thumb drive of pictures that I need printed. The last two times, she has forgotten to return the thumb drive to me. In addition, the most recent visit after I stopped back to pick up the thumb drive, it will not work in my computer any more. I am not sure what happened while it was in the store. The other issue that I have is her always trying to get me to return later to pick up my one print. If there were a lot of customers I would understand but often I am the only one there and printing one print would not take that long. The other associates always take care of my job promptly.

Even though the associate who helped me was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful, I felt he was too busy and pulled in multiple directions simultaneously. Good thing for me he seemed adept at multitasking - I felt sorry for the poor guy, but he was great!

Maybe this can back up my receipt. I bought the printer on line. I wanted the warranty and printer on same receipt. Didnt happen. I had to call customer service because printer was not checked out the store as picked up. Be careful people . Save your receipt. My last printer stopped working. Receipt stays in system only for 2 yrs. I had the 4 Yr warranty. I was not able to claim using warranty. TERRIBLE HAPPENING. SO I WILL BE SURE TOVREGISTER THIS PRINTER
