Purchased LG - 77" Class B3 Series OLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV on 19 Dec and Geek Sq delivered and setup on 21 Dec. Tyler and Juwann of the Geek Sq did a great job getting everything setup. Works great so far.

Matt comes with a decade of expertise and skill set. His knowledge of import vehicles is phenomenal. He is able to dismantle and reassemble the appropriate parts of your vehicle without incident. He is patient, and will walk you through and explain the process, as well as recommending the right product. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. All work is backed with a warranty.

For me my experience with geek squad was trash. Called to see if my problem would be able to be fixed through them on Tuesday. Came out on Thursday just for them to look at my phone for five minutes and say it’s not worth it to get fixed. Ended up having to get it done at another place but at least they knew what to do.

I've had the worst experience with the Geek Squad. I need help with a recent purchase and they can not help except at their convenience. I have already paid for the service call but still no help with my purchase. Very dissatisfied with the Geek Squad and the product.

I get to my appointment to get the back of my iPhone glass fixed. They didn't have any idea my phone model or color even though I had to fill it out previously. They then proceed to tell me they have to keep my iphone for 4-6 business days until the part comes in and said its apples doing. what if I'm in a car accident I have no phone or anything ? this was so unprofessional and they where so unprepared to me.
