I can’t recommend the Computer Jocks crew enough! After having my custom PC built by what I thought was a reputable company, I was left high and dry when issues arose just after the warranty expired—barely over a year of owning the system. The original company made it incredibly difficult to even get my PC back to them for repairs. Enter Computer Jocks, who truly came to the rescue. They not only troubleshot and repaired the issue within just a few days, but they also charged a very fair price for their work. What stood out most to me was their professionalism and communication. They kept me informed every step of the way, explaining everything they uncovered and their planned course of action. I always felt in control and confident that my PC was in the right hands. Thanks to Computer Jocks, my PC is back up and running better than ever. If you’re looking for reliable, honest, and skilled computer repair services, look no further. These guys are the real deal!

I couldn't close my laptop. I took the laptop to the Computer Jocks and was told the hinges were broke. There was a diagnosis fee that was fully applied to my total expense. The techician explained the repair and pointed out some things about the repair that if I'm 'not happy or satisfied' I should let them know. I'm very happy as It is now a functioning laptop! Thanks!

I took a laptop that I bought online into them and these guys were very professional and took the time to explain the situation of what was going on with it and gave detailed recommendations. You can tell they knew what they were talking about and made it understandable for me to know what was happening. Staff is also friendly and understanding too. I would highly recommend them. 100% Satisfied and will recommend them to anyone I know.

How does a computer repair shop not have any testing parts and tell you they just order new everything if you bring something in? I don't understand how a place like this operates if they didn't have parts in stock to diagnose problems and the staff tells you they'll just order stuff and replace it and hope it works. Whoever i talked to on the phone was ignorant and said they didn't carry anything or do diagnostic testing, just order new parts they think are broke. No wonder they are next to a trailer park. Go somewhere else if you need parts or repairs, find someone online who will diagnose and be honest with you rather than be ignorant and blow you off. Based on the kid who snapped at me and was ignorant on the phone today i wouldn't deal with these people. I was more than willing to pay a diagnostic fee but either he didn't understand what i was asking or didn't care. I didn't ask to test a motherboard so this makes you and your employees look even more like dunces. I asked to test memory and was told you don't have diagnostic equipment. I'm glad I'm not a customer of yours too, based on your attitude and the way you respond to negative reviews you would just break my stuff and charge me for new parts that didnt need replacement. Look at how your answer every negative review, see a pattern? It's NEVER your fault, it's always the customer. Your company takes no accountability for how it treats people when you are ignorant to them or something you sold them breaks. I hope you go the way of nerd it now. Why deal with a company who won't take accountability for incompetent employees and blame a customer, that that's you the quality of service you will most likely get. Blame the customer, berate them cause of their review. Get your stuff fixed somewhere else, based on the way the reviews are answered if they aren't 5 star perfect reviews you can tell the service you'll get or what will happen if you end up having problems if you do get work done by them. They sound like the type of company that wont tell you if any of your parts have any of the manufacturers warranty left on it so they can get replaced for free, and tell you they are broke and charge you for new parts. And yes it did make me feel better, as you are a horrible company and a awful owner responding to every non pristine review like this. Does it make you feel bad to over charge people when they can go to amazon or newegg for parts? No of course not, thats how you make money

Did some at-home upgrades to my laptop, and a week later it wouldn't turn on. Brought it in, explained what I did, and based on that I got a pretty thorough run-down of possible culprits, from best-case to worse-case. Even in the worst case scenario, they had a good chance of saving my data, but didn't sugar coat that all may be lost. Felt a tad bit doomed, and my skeptical side was already saying "watch this turn into them selling me a new computer..." But I agreed to the diagnostic fee, which conveniently doubles as a deposit towards the total repair bill. A few days later they let me know the problem, a battery issue unrelated to my upgrades, and that it was an easy and relatively cheap. However, they also cleaned up my messy upgrade and ultimately delivered a fine running, clean machine at a price that was beyond reasonable. Fears of trying a new place and not getting shaken-down by them knowing they have me by the short-hairs assuaged, I can happily recommend them!
