Staff are great. Store hours are incorrect on Staples website AND on Google. They are 12pm to 5pm on Sunday. I have tried to have Google change but they keep kicking back the change even though they are WRONG. Just keep it in mind if you plan to make the trip to the Staples in Willimantic they don't open in the morning on Sundays. (Photo from other contributor because I forgot to snap one).

I'm glad there is a Staples store near me, in contrast to Amazon, where one can only buy online. Staples delivers next day, which is much faster than Amazon. Sometimes I order on Staples website and intentionally pickup at the store. I like shopping at a local store to support the local economy. If something needs to be returned or exchanged, it can be done easily at the store. The sales staff are helpful and courteous and the prices are as good as Amazon's or Staples will match.

Is this location closing? I was just there and all I saw were half-empty shelves and pegs, no sign of any attempt at front and face, and dirty displays. There seemed to be only employees, one at the print shop and at the repair desk. While stood at the register for five minutes, a phone kept ringing with nobody answering it. This is not Staples as I know it. The only reason I gave it two stars is that I did eventually find what I needed after wading through the mess. The store desperately needs a district or regional manger to come in clean house.

The people at this Staples are great, but someone in management needs to get the hours online correct. Today, Sunday 9/15/2024 arrived at 11:36AM and was told by employees, attempting to push the doors open, they didn't open until Noon. When I came back, they said the hours online have been wrong for over a year. Management needs to get on this and get the hours updated on google. And honestly, why bother being open at all on Sunday if you open at Noon. I can see opening at 10 a.m., but Noon??? Why bother.

We visited the Staples Mansfield store in search of two items that we had run out of. Both were in stock, and we purchased them with no trouble, applied some existing rewards credits and dropped off 10 spent cartridges for future credits.
