Working with Jose is a sheer pleasure. He is one of the most personable people you will ever meet in your entire life. He cares about his customers in a truly genuine way. Then, on top of that, he so competent at what he does that you walk out smiling every time. In fact, you share that smile with the next person in line, because they know they are about to get treated as superbly as you just did. Getting your computer fixed at PC Warehouse is an uncommonly pleasurable experience due to Jose's personality, humor, ability and desire to explain everything to you, etc. I give him ten stars out of five.

I have traded with this company in the past and I rate their service as top notch. Just today I picked up my laptop from them after they replaced the mechanical hard drive with a new solid state one. They turned it around in a couple of days. Their staff is competent, courteous, and professional.

I recommend PC Warehouse to anyone who is having computer issues or damages. I had water damage in my macbook pro due to condensation and went to apple and they quoted me $1500 to fix the screen… The irony in that is that a brand new model would’ve likely cost me less. With me not in the market to afford that right now I thought I was at a complete loss. Starting my last semester of online schooling for a degree on monday and was completely distraught having damage to my laptop. My father reached out to PC Warehouse and worked with Jose. He was helpful and direct from the beginning. We went in and Jose was able to tell me within 5 minutes what needed to be replaced. Robert quoted me a price for the screen and I just so happened to be lucky they were able to service my mac the same day. I couldn’t believe it !! I walked out paying less than $500 and computer looks brand new. In comparison to my hour long appointment at apple , that was no help and just looking to make the next sale. My experience with PC warehouse was painless and easy. I have my laptop back with well enough time to prepare for my degree assignments before the semester starts. I am very grateful to Jose and Robert at PC Warehouse for their immaculate service and dedication to getting the job done. I’ll never waste another day sitting in apple for hours just for them to tell me I should buy a new device. Any issues moving forward, Jose and Robert at PC Warehouse will be my go-to guys, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, efficient, and affordable computer repairs !!!

Amazing service. I brought in my PC due to it having a blue screen error, and the owner Robert was able to help me by diagnozing it. He told me that it needed a new motherboard, so I bought one of my own and replaced it, then I ran into another issue that the PC refused to power on. So I brought it back and he was able to fix the issue in a timely manner. Thanks to Robert, my PC is successfuly running again as needed.
