They are the worst, Dan is very dismissive and was rushing to talk to me because he was going on lunch. I should off figure it was gonna go bad when the lady in front off me left talking shit about him.

The worker insisted that I have a Surface Book and I had correct him 3 times, that my device is a Surface Laptop. He said that since it was Surface Book, there was nothing they could do. He was talking to me like I was getting it wrong about my own device lol. 3 stars because he recommended me somewhere else to take it which I plan to do tomorrow

I went to Geek Squad because my computer would not turn on. It turned out that the battery in my laptop expanded damaging the computer. Geek Squad advised me about how much it would cost to repair the computer, and I opted to have them transfer all of my data to an external hard drive which I was really grateful they were able to do. They also helped me choose the computer that was just right for my needs. The service was extremely fast, and professional. It was an emotional and difficult day because I rely heavily on my computer but they were great about helping get back up and running.

They are stupid. This is a legit review. They don't know what a computer is or how to fix it. If you have a computer problem do the following. Become intelligent. This can be achieved easier than ever. Its called Google. That's how I do it. I also guarantee anyone at geek squad who is half intelligent just knows how to use Google.

Lol they aren’t technicians. Brought in my pc and this guy had zero idea and it was fixed in 2 seconds at a store nearby. They will charge you 199 for diagnosis but if they can’t diagnose anything they still charge you 199. So if I get that correct 199 diagnosis fee if there is no diagnosis. Go elsewhere
