I brought my Acer laptop in after it wouldn't turn on. Luis quickly confirmed my fears, the motherboard was dead. In a matter of day, he obtained a replacement MB and installed it. He called and stated it was ready, days before the initial estimate of the MB shipping! Thank you Luis! Highly recommended.

I always try to support our local businesses but Tech Pro did not provide skilled service. The battery in my laptop was not charging, I was getting an error message that basically said there was a hardware error preventing the charge, the computer casing was separated near the charging port. I'm no computer expert but I was figuring there was something broken near or in the charging port. I explained this to him and he told me to buy a battery and he would put it in. He barely looked at the computer, didn't acknowledge the separated casing, and insisted it was the battery. So, I paid to have the battery replaced. When I got my computer home it had the same error message and the new battery was not charging either. I called him to explain the issue again, explaining it in detail. My husband brought the computer in and called me from the shop, I was told my computer was fixed, I asked what he did and he said he turned it on and there was no error message. I told my husband to take my computer and leave, we would go somewhere else. The other repair company immediately recognized the broken charging port (yes, near the separated casing!!!), replaced it and my computer is working great -- No help from Tech Pro Repair LLC.
