The Staples associate I worked with at the Vernon, CT was amazing! He made my shopping experience worthwhile. He explained the difference between online and in store pricing across Staples media. He provided me with the the online price I showed him. Then he moved the large package (an office chair, that I would later assemble at home) to my vehicle! Very friendly and helpful! He should be congratulated for making my visit worthwhile and for keeping me coming back to this location.

Do not return Amazon packages to this store the employees are thieves! They will give you a receipt saying your item was returned and then steal it! If you go in there and tell them that Amazon never received it they will say, “it is not our problem, go contact Amazon.”

This store is well organized, stocked and very clean. Easy to find what is needed and plenty of displays to see the products. Staff is extremely helpful, kind and courteous.
