The store is very large with plenty of Apple products available for purchase. I stopped in because I had an issue with my phone. Highly recommend you make an appointment online. I came right on time and was taken immediately. The customer service rep was excellent, they took care of me and got me on my way.

Even if you schedule the Genius Bar appointment it takes forever to have someone talking to you! In my case, >35 minutes… The worst is the answer from the employee there: we are busy, I am sorry! If you want book another day. Really? That’s the way to treat a customer? Lack of respect!

If you happen to be there despite your appointment time & waited in huge line, you probably have allowed them to waste your productive time. Oh what a shame, these blockheads blatantly waste others time in the name of sales. Apple leadership should learn how to make sales without wasting others time and deliver on appointment time. Obviously, Apple is way far behind in-person customer care at stores. Going ahead in technology but receding in person customer service….leadership should think about it!!

I had an extremely damaging experience here. I went in to upgrade my phone. I bought more iCloud storage so I could backup all my photos. Turns out they did not help me backup all my photos. They should have sent me home to update and sync. So much pressure to buy the phone and hurry out. They reset my old phone and I lost months of precious memories. Never to be recovered. I will never be the same. Terrible place. Please be careful when buying new products.
