I've been dealing with Dean at Computer Obsession for just about a year now. I spent an entire day on the phone with every level of technical support with Xfinty trying to fix my email issue. MY ISSUE NEVER GOT FIXED! I called Dean and within 10 minutes, my headaches were gone. I now call him Dr. Dean. The best computer guy by far I have ever dealt with. I only wish I discovered his talents 25 years ago. I would still have black hair.

So happy I found Computer Obsession. My computer wouldn't reboot. Dean checked it and gave me several options from replacing & upgrading the existing computer to getting a new one. Got a new one & Dean had me check in a few days later to make sure I was all set. I highly recommend Computer Obsession.

Dean is the best computer tech man I ever dealt with and I've had a computer since 1997. My old HP laptop froze up due to dust, pet dander, and burned-out parts and Dean not only fixed it, but he, with my blessing, upgraded the parts to make it really fast. I'm delighted with the whole experience and will recommend Dean to anyone.

Let me add my name to the list of 5 star reviewer's above by saying that it was a pleasure doing business with Dean at Computer Obsession's! My 1 1/2 year old HP laptop was giving me all kinds of trouble and constantly locking up with the blue screen of death! Being that the unit was out of warranty HP direct was of zero help. After months of frustration I brought the unit into Dean, and I'm happy to say he quickly was able to diagnose the problem and repair it. And he saved me the $1200 cost needed to replace it!
