Camera not working, yet light was in literally hours spent googled everything possible. One phone call, Chris called told what to try. BANG it worked. Didn't charge for call, easily could have °!!! Dunkin card in the mail. They will virtually trouble shoot, or come to your house. 5 stars isn't adequate for the service. Shop local people.

I would highly recommend Helpdesk. They have done several projects for various organizations in which I am involved. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Chris responded to my Email where I noted concerns I was having with my desktop. By the time I could reach back out to Chris, he was no longer in the office but he quickly referred me to Roger, who was available. Roger took care of it quickly -- very satisfied with their service as this is typically how they work. Excellent!
