I was so amazed with the service that Dev provided. Absolutely wonderful to work with. Cannot rave enough about him. It's so hard to come across kind and friendly people nowadays. He Absolutely made the experience a wonderful one. He deserves the recognition for it!! I changed my mind on a phone and he was so nice about it and not once seemed to be annoyed by the change. Surprised me as there are so many working customer service that seem to always be annoyed with their job. Not Dev and I thank you for that!

I called for information about my cracked screen, and the person I spoke with was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. When I went in (after finding that protection 360 would take me 360 minutes to go to another state for repairs) I returned to this location. Devreaux was friendly, professional, and even added an extra service to make my phone safer. The parking is the only downside to this location. Highly recommend.

My phone fell and it cracked the screen. I took my phone here to fix it and it was fixed in the time they said it would be. The man who helped me Dev was very nice, engaged in conversation and was very helpful. When I picked up my phone it was perfect. They did a wonderful job and I highly recommend if you need your screen fixed coming here to do so. Right on High Ridge Road in Stamford.

Left the phone on Saturday and was just advised that phone was available for pick up on Friday afternoon. I was told that parts just came in earlier that day. Job was for screen repair. In these times, its really unthinkable to have no phone for 6 days. Staff could be more customer friendly too. Of the 3 associates I interacted with, only the 3rd one was pleasant in dealing with people. And I wasn't being difficult at all during these 3 interactions.

Dev was exceptional. Said the phone would be ready in 2 hours and then called and said he had finished the repair in under 60 minutes. Now I don't want any more damage but if it happens, I'm going back. Thanks.
