DON’T COME HERE! On Thursday 12-26-2024 the screen on my iPhone 15 cracked. I brought it to this repair service and the owner offered me three option for screen replacements. I payed $300 for what was explained to me as being good quality; in par with the default apple screen. In hindsight I wish I did more research before taking my phone here. The phone screen worked fine for the first two days but soon was unresponsive and by Monday 12-30-2024 it completely stopped working and the screen turned black, sometimes showing streaks/ vertical lines under the screen. I brought it back since the receipt states that there is a 30 day warranty but the owner refused to give me a refund or fix the screen and stated that “it’s what you get for the price you pay”. I took the phone to an Apple Store and the employees showed me that they replaced my screen with a screen protector, not an actual screen. This place is a scam, I hope the manager and his employees can take some accountability for their work show more integrity in the future.

Two weeks ago I bought a screen protector and yesterday when my phone fell from less than 1 meter away, the protector just completely came off without breaking. I went to complain to the store and they told me that they always have this problem with that kind of product because it is cheap and that customers should buy the one that is 60 dollars (the one I had cost 35 + taxes). So, I don't understand why they continue selling that for so much money if it is of poor quality and they don't warn you at the time of purchase. They only offered me to buy the one that is of "good quality" with a discount. I didn't get any apology and it felt like it was my fault that their products were crap. Be careful with this store.

Could not figure out what was wrong with my phone, tried everything but nothing worked. I came in, they gave me a free diagnosis and within the hour they repaired my phone. Great customer service, quick turnaround and fair prices. Amazing spot

Great experience with ifix @ Stamford mall. Speedy service and all employees were incredibly helpful. Will go back to them if needed again!
