The Stamford store in the Ridgeway Plaza had an amazing sales staff, they approached me and asked if I needed help, they were friendly and knowledgeable and kept a genuine smile on their faces at all times. It really did make my experience enjoyable. Jorge was especially helpful.

Staples on Summer Street, Stamford, CT. Order a week in advanced to needing ink Cartridges. Placed it so that I can pick up my order. Some items were not ready with the majority of the order but only took a few extra days. On the day I did the Pickup, everything was as I ordered and ready. Took 5 mins In and Out and had a Great experience with the Customer Service Rep.

I don't know what is wrong with this place. I unfortunately use them for Amazon returns. The people they place there are just rude. They roll their eyes when you ask for a return receipt. How else will you have proof, especially when Amazon emailed me that they didn't get my return and I had no proof of the return. Secondly, the man there, hates if you have more than 1 return..lol. so I scrolled to the first return ,he scanned it, then I had to scroll again to find the code for the second return but he was visible annoyed and says " you should have your return codes ready". What???? Has he never shopped/ returned to a store for Amazon. They have free returns so I got there but each time I cringe. They are getting paid to do their job whether at the Amazon return counter or elsewhere in the store so I don't know why the terrible attitude. It's the older man with the glasses and a younger guy who are completely obnoxious. He once gave me a return receipt which had 2 items on it when I returned only one! They just don't care at all Can't make it up , customer service at its pits.

The staff at my store is very helpful. Checking out is quick. Special offers on this trip were VERY good.

We went into Staples to replace our printer. Within a few minutes, a Staples rep asked if we needed help. He answered our questions and was extremely patient and courteous. We are now the proud owners of a new printer.
