I was in the store on Saturday 1/11/25. I appreciate being greeted instantly and ask if I needed any assistance. The sales associate was very helpful and attentive and getting me to the right sales associate to purchase a laptop. Matthew was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful in picking out the right laptop for my personal needs. All the sales associate’s in the store were very attentive and professional nice to see a store that still has good customer service and sales associates. I would recommend this store location to anyone! Thank you.

Wasn’t able to simply return a small package, I had everything in hand / online and customer service was not so good… if you need a package returned there is a ups store half a mile down the road that I had zero issues with, in and out in 2 minutes.
