This is a top-tier store with reasonable prices and good staff. You will always find something you want at this shop, I guarantee it. I have been doing business with John for over 5 years and I am rarely left wanting. The maybe 2 times we have had any kind of an issue, he rectified it immediately and honestly. A lot of people in these review are judging the store for having some clutter, but people do not understand that MJ is the highest volume video game and collectible store in CT and John spends a lot of time digging through these trade ins to find treasures that will make customers happy - nobody has the same volume or quality of inventory, and the owner strives to appeal to a lot of different fan bases of different collectibles like wrestling and horror franchises.
