Jackie has kept my desktop PC running beautifully for years! I thought it was done for, but it was only the Ethernet port, and he cleaned up everything. He got rid of programs that were not needed and were taking up lots of room on the Hard Drive. Had it back the next morning runs better than when I first purchased it from Dell! Highly recommend CT Computer! AAAAAAAAAAAAA!

My husband had issue with operating system etc. He called CT Computer and Jacky told him to just bring it in. Left it for a day for a total fix and cleanup and it's now running better than ever as such reasonable cost. Will definitely recommend this awesome business to anyone with computer issues. Jackie is a great diagnostician when it comes to computer troubles ! I have been going to him for three years now and find him patient, clear and honest. I bring my 11 year old Mac laptop to him thinking it’s “done for” and on the spot or very shortly he calls and tells me he can fix it ! He replaced my hard drive with a new SSD drive and its so much faster, replaced the mouse keypad that wasnt working , replaced the power cord that was cracking and breaking up. I asked him about adding more memory ( which he could have sold me ) but he said I didnt need that , my computer had plenty of memory and was fine. Recently he discovered my battery was starting to bulge and that was cause of my latest issue. He is willing to answer your questions.
