Came here to get my front camera and they told me that the small crack on the back of my device would NOT be a problem. I waited the hour that they told me for the repair and when I got my phone back they told me everything was fixed and good to go. I opened my camera and the same issue I had was still happening. I talked to another tech and found out the repair was never completed because of the small crack. I drove an hour to this store for absolutely nothing. The fact the they didn’t tell me that they couldn’t repair my phone and let me leave as if it was fixed was extremely unprofessional. A massive waste of my time. I will never return to this store and cannot recommend it.

I had a wonderful time visiting this Apple Store! The worker who instantly helped me out when I walked in (Juliette) was super kind and helpful in finding and purchasing the HomePod Mini I was looking for! I would definitely recommend visiting this store (or any Apple Store for that matter!) because of how efficient and helpful everyone is!

They were able to reset my apple phone after I forgot the pin. Long wait but it was the holiday season so it was too be expected. Once they plugged my phone in, it was done in less than 10 minutes.

Usually you need an appointment ( call Apple) The staff is extremely knowledgeable about Apple products. They will help with decisions, Anything Apple is there in store or they will get. I’ve been multiple times, for either tech support, or purchasing as I honestly don’t trust others to work on my Apple equipment. I’ve been there multiple times, I’ve never had a bad experience. Have Apple Watch, IPhone 13 Pro Max. They even have classes for those delving deep into what there equipment can do. I do suggest if buying something new, buy Apple care. It’s worth it. They do most work in front of you. Some things require a device to stay overnight.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at the Apple Store. My MacBook Air 15” display started malfunctioning and shows a crack within the LCD screen. All I did was open my laptop as I should be able to with a computer that cost over a 1,000 dollars. There are no signs of damage, and the screen issue is clearly a defect. However, Apple refused to honor the warranty, claiming the screen is not defective without providing any substantial evidence to support their claim. Just that if there multiple cracks in the lcd, regardless a lack of visual evidence of accidental damage that they consider that there is no defect.I even brought my laptop for a 2nd opinion at another repair Shop and they confirm that in their professional opinion that this is a defect. I expected better from a company that prides itself on quality and customer service. Instead, I was left with no resolution and a defective product. If Apple won’t stand behind their own warranty, what’s the point of offering one? I’ll think twice before purchasing another Apple product from the Evergreen Walk location. Clearly this location is trying to profit off consumers by having them buy new Apple products and profit off repair service for defective products. Westfarms Apple Store is a better option and has always provided me with better service.
