uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair

My lap top got hacked, The people there at uBreakiFix took the lap top removed the virus and did a clean sweep of hard drive. Then they helped me sign into my Microsoft account. No more worries, great job guys. Bob Metzger 2/12/25

My sons phone broke and would not respond to any touch or action. Received new one and we could not transfer as the broken phone prompted us to answer yes and of course the phone would not recognize the touch. Couldn't do anything. My son had very important work photos, contacts etc. As we all do. He also is currently in the hospital fighting for his life with end stage cancer. The loss would have been terrible for him and us as his pictures are priceless at this point. Spectrum could not fix it either but recommended " Ubreakifix " it to me and within less than an hour the tech had transferred everything over to the new phone! Well worth the cost and the tech was very nice. It's nice to get good customer service expecially these days when customer service seems to be a dying trade everywhere. Thank you!

I am very satisfied with the service I received at UBreakiFix. Front desk person was helpful and a good listener. Replacement time of damaged item was reasonable as was the price. Store is clean and neat. Pleasant experience.

Price is up to par with competition for original parts. Was given a 2-3 hr window and was done in just over an hour. Gentleman at front desk seems new so initial process was a bit long but very nice and respectful. Willing to help financially with added services. Job well done

My Galaxy S22+ was not registering with my android car play. I brought phone in to replace the charging port. Placed the order in Friday, part came Saturday and repair was completed. Happy to say Android Car play is functional again and the repair process was relatively easy and the price was reasonable.
