Mufasa is the best! Over on the UPS returns side of the store, he is very helpful and will make the most complicated process (UPS Amazon returns are the worst!) simple as pie. Thank you for your help! You deserve a promotion! Customer service is at an all time low these days and it’s nice to be helped by people who still love what they do! Thanks team!

I have been making returns to this store for many months.The store altered where you make Amazon returns. On January 17, 2025, I returned 3 items, I asked Alyssa if I would receive an email from Amazon for my return and she said yes. My mistake was not getting a physical receipt from her. I have made 100's of returns at that store, and within 30 minutes I have acknowledgment of my return. Over 24 hours later, I have nothing, I return to the store on January 18th, and I am told there is nothing they can do, SO STAPLES and their Employees can STEAL your products from Amazon, and tell you "Oh Well". Never, Ever Return your Amazon items at Staples. They are now stealing your products, and refusing to assist you when you ask for help. Ridiculous.

I returned an item the day after purchasing it. I received an email receipt. However the Associate could not accept it in the register. She listed the return as "no receipt" as I stood there with a receipt on my phone. There was no transaction number on my receipt that the register would accept. I was forced to take a store credit when I wanted a refund. This experience is just the latest unsatisfying moment in my visits to Staples.

The Shelton location is neat and organized. The printing staff always accommodates our needs even on short notice. The cashiers are friendly and courtesy.

When I walked into the store and associate who helped me in the past greeted me. Unable to locate the item myself, another associate walked with me until the item was found. The checkout line moved quickly.
