First time I've done business with Reliable Computer Repair in Seymour, CT. Service was excellent from diagnosis to completed repair. John made a home visit and diagnosed a hard drive problem with my desktop computer.. He removed the computer and within 3 days had replaced the faulty hard drive and delivered it back to me. He waited for me to test it out and as he had predicted, the computer performed better than when it was brand-new! The computer is a Mac and 10 years old. I highly recommend this company. Service is very professional and pricing is very reasonable. Thanks, John!

John is a very skilled technician and can repair almost anything. First he repaired my quite old HP printer, that to be honest I did not believe, could be fixed any more. Later I asked him to repair my HP laptop, that two other computer repair shops could not repair. He diagnosed the problem right away and had it running like new again. He also installed few office software programs to my laptop since he new I was using it for my business. Lastly, when I forgot the password to the program he installed, he worked with me for over an hour to reinstate the password and access the the program. In summary great service, great person and great value !!!

My laptop all of the sudden would not let me use my pin or fingerprint to log into my computer. The screen would also blur out anytime I attempted to get into my computer. I called Reliable Computer Repair and spoke to John. I brought it over and he was able to fix the issue the same day. His price was very fair on fixing the issue. I would definitely use him again if I needed computer repair ever again. Super friendly and fast!
